You didn't really get the whole Dr. Octagonapus thing.
The sound quality was terrible, but the acting was decent.
Also, the "SURPRISED YOU DIDN'T SEE A LAZER?" bit was really unfunny.

I really enjoyed the subplots because of their little jokes, especially the one that the fisherman at Pine Harbour gives you.

The large arsenal of weapons is definitely a plus, and the controls are easy to get used to, so there's no moving my hands everywhere.

Thee only thing I think you could improve on are the boss battles, I think I found a glitch on Azhura Mazda form II:
If you run all the way to the right, he can't hurt you with his blast sabre.

Other than that, perfect game. I really await a sequel.

Maybe try and not just make random noises, the base thing could probably be expanded into something decent.
